WHAT CAN AN ATHLETE EXPECT FROM YOU? WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
We have a team of nearly 40 competitors. Many with nationals qualifications. We have a few that have established pro status recently and in the past. Our clients received a detailed diet plan that changes based on progress, cardio regime to adhere to which also changes based on progress, detailed supplement schedule, and a new training programs every 3-6 weeks. All athletes being prepped will be able to attend all posing sessions for free. Whether it be mandatories or a posing routine I take care of each team member 100%. Posing without prep under our team is a different cost. With our team, we also take care of their peak week, day of show, and post diet program to enhance them going into the next prep season.

WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM YOUR CLIENTS?
100% adherence and the ability to be coached. Be optimal without a fixed mindset. Be able to trust the process and follow through with your actions. The day of show I expect full out focus and tunnel vision as i instruct on each particular detail. They be responsible for daily check ins to start a great line of communication followed by weekly check ins leading up into the show. Communication is something I’m very big on. It’s the responsibility of the coach to check on the athlete as much as it’s the responsibility of the athlete to be open and ask all questions needed to get to their goal.
