What made you decide to compete in the Men’s Physique Division?
I was looking for a life that could make me happy after college football. I’ve played football since I was 7 years over and when I realized I wasn’t gonna do it professionally, I had to remind myself that I’m destined to be a pro at something and I realized that I was in love with the Grind the entire time!! Men’s Physique Division Chose Me! It’s Life After Football! I Want To Be An Mr. Olympia One Day!!
Can you tell us a little about the show in which you most recently competed?
I just competed in Ultimate Fitness Champiomship ‘18 Mens Physique Division!
I won first in my Division and Overall! I also received my Pro Card This Night on my 25th birthday!
In how many shows did you participate in?
What was yours best placing and where was it?
My Best Placing was 1st place in my Division and Overall for my Pro Card on my 25th birthday, and it was only my 2nd competition ever!
Next planned competition?
Ahhhh!!! My next planned competition is moving to the NPC! I’m gonna compete in NPC FIRST CALLOUT OCT. 6, it’s a national qualifier and I’m on prep right now!!
Do you get support from your family and friends?
I thank God, he has placed family and friends in my life that will either push me Harder or give me a reason to never stop Grinding! Either Way it Go only thing I do for me is Prep hard and sacrifice! When I step on stage the show is for my family and friends!
What is your typical day looking like during the preparation period?
During Prep! The day is filled with water and stretching out good! I train twice a day! One to follow my plan and the other to fix weaknesses and find posing strengths! I find carb cycling the best diet for me, and I eat 6 meals a day! Breakfast is not my biggest meal but it is most important because my morning session are 1000 rep sessions !! Training for Hypertrophy!! I Wake Up, Take A Deep breathe and then I live my life after football!! I love the prep and love the Grind!!
