What is your Instagram name?
What made you decide to compete in the Men’s Physique Division?
A lot of my gym friends have told me that I would do very well in the new men’s physique division, but my mentor and workout partner Pythiad D. Really pushed me to do my first one . Mainly wanted to prove that you don’t need PEDs to look good and compete/win a show ! Health is always first !
Can you tell us a little about the show in which you most recently competed?
The last one I participated in was The IFBB Tampa Pro back in August . I did 2 shows back to back one week apart , definitely learned a lot and I’m ready for the 2018 season!
In how many shows did you participate in?
What was yours best placing and where was it?
Even though in this one I was 2nd , it qualified me for my pro card at NPC Miami Nationals 2016. Everything was on point from the condition to the posing.
“While waiting backstage before pre judging , the stage shots from last week were posted.
Feedback : legs too big/shorts too tight. Have hair down a polish up the posing.”
Next planned competition?
Haven’t really decided , but maybe IFBB Miami Muscle Beach Pro.
Do you get support from your family and friends? Take the time to thank them if you do.
Of course , everyone needs a strong support system ! Apart from my parents who have always been supportive of my competitions, my close friends who have been there at almost every show and even dieted with me for moral support haha
Special shout-out to my workout partner and mentor Pythias Debrakins , we have been working out together for almost a decade and at the age of 40 he is still giving me a run for my money !
What is your typical day looking like during the preparation period?
Nothing unusual, I still train my clients, catch up on emails , try to rest as much as possible . Meal timing is crucial for me, since my sleep schedule is irregular so I try to have at least an hour and a half between meals !
Private personal trainer / Diet coach

Hawaiian pizza and chocolate.
Who is the athlete you most admire?
If it has to be a bodybuilder for his physique, I have to say Flex Wheeler in the early 90s.
What advice would you give to yourself if you had opportunity to go back in time?
Haha to have competed as soon as the men’s physique division started and not procrastinate !
Bogy can you tell me what do you think about the steroids usage? And what advice would you give to the young folks that are starting today?
I am a drug free athlete, the reason I even begin to compete in Men’s physique is because the look is achievable naturally. It sets an example for the young lifters that you can look amazing without harming your body and organs ! One of the reasons people work out is for Health and Fitness …now let’s bring the health back into it ! No need for shortcuts , you can build a very impressive body drug-free as well , with consistency and living the lifestyle ! Yes it will take years, but it will definitely be worth the wait !
